Nabila Herman

Nabila Herman is an IT Core Banking Development Programmer at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk., responsible for developing and maintaining core banking software systems. Previously, Nabila participated in the ODP Digital & IT Program at Bank Syariah Indonesia, which focuses on talent development for future leaders in the economy and IT sectors. Nabila gained foundational web development skills as a participant in the Baparekraf Digital Talent program and worked as a Mobile Developer at Telkom Indonesia, where responsibilities included coding and maintaining mobile applications. Additional experience includes serving as a Tourism Ambassador for the West Sumatra Provincial Tourism Office and taking part in various educational and administrative roles, such as being an Education Ambassador and an intern at PT Pos Indonesia. Nabila holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Telkom University.
