Yusufal Ananda

Yusufal Ananda is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology solutions management. Currently serving as the team leader for the Information Technology Solutions Management Specialist at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. since February 2021, Yusufal leads IT solution specialists. Previously, Yusufal worked at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri from June 2010 to February 2021 as the section head for IT helpdesk, managing incident and problem resolution utilizing Jira Service Desk. Yusufal also has experience handling daily operations, troubleshooting for core banking systems, and managing escalated issues. Earlier in the career, Yusufal served as an administrative assistant at PT Bank Tabungan Negara. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Universitas Mercu Buana and a degree from STEKPI.
