IT and Digital Services

The IT and Digital Services team at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is responsible for overseeing the bank's information technology infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and cyber security measures. They ensure the seamless operation of digital banking services, manage strategic IT planning, develop and maintain secure and efficient IT operations, and uphold compliance with security regulations. This team also manages data analytics and the integration of Shariah-compliant banking technology.
