Agus S Hidayat

Agus S Hidayat possesses extensive experience in IT management and network infrastructure, currently serving as the IT End User Support & Service Regional Manager for PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk since 2011, overseeing service delivery across approximately 250 offices and more than 1800 workstations in the East Java-Bali-Nusra region. Prior to this, Agus held various roles, including IT Consultant & Marketing Manager at Global Citra Mandiri, Head of Information System Department at PT Karya Indah Transindo, and Network Infrastructure & System Lead at PT Eresha Technologies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Agus has a strong foundation in technical expertise and project management within the IT and telecommunications sectors.
