Prior to this, they were a Vice President/Market Manager/Cluster Leader at BankAtlantic, responsible for managing the Doral and FIU Avenue Banking Centers and leading a team of 8 in each location. Additionally, they served as a Vice President/Division Manager of Branch Administration at The International Bank of Miami, N.A., where they successfully opened new branches and relocated an existing one in order to expand the bank's domestic business. Jorge Perez began their career at Citibank, N.A. as a Vice President/Branch Manager, where they managed the largest and most profitable Financial Center in Doral. Overall, they have demonstrated skills in managing staff, achieving financial targets, improving service scores, and driving growth in deposits and net contribution.
Jorge Perez attended Herbert H. Lehman College from 1976 to 1980. Jorge obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting during this period.
