Jessica Dawson has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Senior Product Analyst in Pharmacy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since August 2002. Over the years, Jessica has advanced through various roles, including Principal Operations Business Analyst and Senior Business Integration Analyst, showcasing a strong background in operations and business analysis. In addition, Jessica has worked at BankCherokee as a Night Operator since August 2007. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Normandale Community College, Jessica is expected to complete the program in May 2024.
