Baden Delamore

Baden Delamore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of cybersecurity. Baden is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Banked, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Snyk as the Director of Product Security from May 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they served as the Product Security Lead at Deliveroo from June 2019 to May 2021. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Application Security Engineer at Simply Business from April 2018 to June 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Genesis, first as a Cloud Security Specialist from April 2017 to March 2018, and then as an Information Security Analyst from October 2016 to April 2017. Baden also co-founded and served as a director at Spectra Security from January 2016 to January 2017. Baden Delamore started their career at the University of Waikato, where they pursued a PhD from January 2015 to January 2016 and worked as a tutor from January 2014 to December 2015.

Baden Delamore completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree at The University of Waikato from 2014 to 2015. Furthermore, Baden obtained the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification in December 2018 from Offensive Security.
