Michael DeLany began their work experience in 1988 as an Executive Vice President at MFC First National Bank, where they were responsible for all lending activities. Michael consistently grew the loan portfolio and served as a backup to the President for various bank functions.
In 2001, Michael joined Wells Fargo Bank as a Community Bank President. Michael had complete responsibility for multiple branches and lines of business, including retail and consumer banking, business banking, trust and investments, and mortgage lending.
Michael continued to advance in their career at Wells Fargo, taking on roles such as Regional Bank Private Banking Manager, Business Banking Manager, and Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Bankers' Bank.
Throughout their career, Michael demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully leading teams, developing partnerships, and exceeding sales goals.
Michael DeLany attended Ripon College from 1969 to 1973, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics. Michael furthered their education at the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking from 1987 to 1989, completing a Graduate program.
