Rian Uelmen has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. They began their career at Kforce Professional Staffing in 2006 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later transitioned into the role of Account Recruiting Manager. In 2012, they joined Omni Resources as a Resource Manager and then moved to The QTI Group in 2014, where they worked as an IT Recruiting Manager. In 2017, they joined Beacon Technologies Inc. as a Senior Recruiter and later became the Recruiting Director. In 2018, they joined Entegral, where they worked in Talent Acquisition. Currently, Rian is working at Bankers' Bank, starting as the First Vice President of Human Resources in 2020 and currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Their work experience showcases their expertise and growth in the field of human resources and recruiting.

Rian Uelmen SHRM-CP pursued their education from 1998 to 2006. They completed their high school education at North High School. Later, they attended Edgewood College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In May 2018, Rian Uelmen SHRM-CP obtained the SHRM-CP certification.
