Ruth Bennett

Ruth Bennett has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. From 2001 to 2016, they worked at Bankers Insurance Group, starting as a Flood Compliance Supervisor and later moving up to the role of Flood Solutions Director, where they oversaw the daily operations of the Flood Department and was responsible for reporting and system enhancements. From 2016 to the present, they have been the Director of Operations, overseeing insurance operations for various lines and serving as the Principal Coordinator for the National Flood Insurance Program. Prior to joining Bankers Insurance Group, Ruth was an Agency Manager at Scarr Insurance Group, where they managed daily operations and supervised a team of associates.

Ruth Bennett has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Emergency Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College. Ruth also graduated from Gibbs High School, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Additionally, Ruth has obtained two certifications: an Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI) from The Institutes in May 2012 and a 4-40 Resident Customer Service License from the Florida Department of Financial Services in June 2002.
