Mandy Vogel

Mandy Vogel, CRCM, currently serves as a Compliance Risk Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since January 2018, previously holding the position of Lead Analyst in Compliance Risk. Prior experience includes a role as Compliance Officer at QCR Holdings, Inc. and at Community State Bank in Ankeny, IA, where Mandy held multiple positions including Compliance Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Commercial Loan Officer from November 2004 to September 2016. Mandy began their career as an Investment Representative at Edward Jones and as an Assistant National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Mandy earned a degree from Buena Vista University between 1998 and 2002.
