Rich Coulter

Rich Coulter has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Tier II Desktop Technician at QSS Group, Inc. In 2006, they became a Microsoft Administrator at Pella Corporation, where they led the deployment of Windows 7. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Technology Consultant and Solutions Architect at Hewlett-Packard, specializing in SCCM, Microsoft App-V, and Windows 7 deployment. Rich then moved on to roles such as Sr. Microsoft Systems Engineer at Vital Support Systems and Microsoft Systems Consultant at Alexander Open Systems, focusing on Microsoft System Center and operating system deployment. In 2014, they became a Sr. Systems Engineer at Brownells, Inc., and in 2015, they worked as a Microsoft Design Architect at AOS. Their most recent position is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Bankers Trust, where they are responsible for the Bank's technology roadmap and strategic planning efforts. Overall, Rich has extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, system architecture and design, and project management.
