Ajit Raushan

Ajit Raushan is an accomplished finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Risk Model Validation & Governance at First Abu Dhabi Bank since March 2018, Ajit is responsible for establishing the model risk management function and implementing standards set by the Central Bank of the UAE. Previous roles at FAB include SVP and Head of ERS and SVP and Head of Risk Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, focusing on model development, validation, IFRS9 implementation, and program management. Prior to FAB, Ajit held positions at National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Infosys, Oracle, ICICI Bank Ltd, and Global Trust Bank Limited, where responsibilities spanned application architecture, solution consulting, and credit management. Ajit holds advanced degrees in artificial intelligence and finance from prestigious institutions, including the McCombs School of Business and MIT Sloan School of Management.
