Ben Brousson

Ben Brousson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Europe & Americas and Head of Credit UK at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since January 2015, Ben has a proven track record of leadership in credit risk, governance, and operational frameworks. Prior roles include Non-Executive Director at Coop Homes, where robust risk management practices were implemented, and Senior Vice President in Risk Management at Jefferies & Company, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio. Earlier career milestones include significant positions at major financial institutions such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and Mizuho International, focusing on credit risk and capital markets. Ben holds an MSc in Finance and Management from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, with additional education from the London Business School and the University of Montpellier.
