Hema Seerwani

Hema Seerwani currently serves as the AVP of COO Reporting Technology Business Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), a position held since October 2022, where responsibilities include cost and process governance in Group Technology and ensuring sound financial governance while collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality outputs. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at Emirates NBD, where Hema held various roles, including Assistant Manager, overseeing a team in invoice processing and identifying opportunities for process improvements, as well as working as a Financial Analyst responsible for budget preparation and variance analysis. Hema began the professional journey as a Finance Assistant, managing accounts payable and vendor payments. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Mumbai and foundational education at Fatimadevi English High School in Mumbai.
