Jag Biryah

Jag Biryah is an experienced Portfolio Management Office Manager currently overseeing governance and oversight of the Corporate & Commercial Banking Change Portfolio at First Abu Dhabi Bank since January 2024. Previously, Biryah held the same title at RBS International, where responsibilities included reporting and monitoring key performance indicators across the change portfolio. As Co-Founder and Change Consultant at Birtelli's from April 2017 to December 2022, Biryah established a successful multi-site hospitality business recognized as the top pizza brand in Warwickshire. Biryah has also served as Lead PMO at Coventry Building Society, managing a £15m change programme, and held multiple lead PMO positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, successfully overseeing a £400m anti-money laundering change programme, among other initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at Newedge and Barclaycard, providing support in portfolio and project management. Biryah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing for Business from Aston University.
