Nour Alawieh

Nour Alawieh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and change management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Business Finance Change Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since January 2018. In this role, Nour leads digital transformation projects and oversees the rollout of financial products and processes in global markets. Previous positions include Assistant Vice President of Change Management at Finance & Treasury within Global Markets, where Nour managed merger-related integrations and optimized business processes. Prior experience includes roles at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Murex, and a research position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nour holds an Oxford Fintech Programme degree from Saïd Business School, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut, and an IBM Data Science Specialization.
