Rahul Patel

Rahul Patel is a financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Reporting at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since November 2017, Rahul is responsible for preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Prior to this role, Rahul worked at First Gulf Bank (FGB) as Assistant Vice President, leading the FinCon Review Unit and overseeing the preparation of financial schedules and audit adjustments. Experience also includes positions at ICICI Bank as Assistant Manager, consolidating financial data from overseas branches, and Accounts Manager at Whitehall Commercial Company Limited, where financial planning and investment portfolio management were key responsibilities. Rahul holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
