Romendra Jagtiani has over 25 years of diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Romendra currently serves as the Customer Insights and Performance Lead at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since December 2017. Prior to this, Romendra worked at FGB, where they held various roles including Operational Excellence Lead and Senior Manager of Service Recovery & Channel Experience from 2015 to 2017. Romendra has also worked as a Product Owner at Open Universities Australia in 2013 and as a Business Performance and Operations Manager at ANZ in 2013. Romendra's earlier experiences include roles at GE Capital Australia & New Zealand, GE Capital India (SBI Cards JV), HSBC Bank India, and Intec Software Services, India. Throughout their career, Romendra has demonstrated expertise in customer insights, operational excellence, service recovery, business improvement, and project management.

Romendra Jagtiani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Business. Romendra also has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Delhi. Additionally, they attended Mothers International School in New Delhi, India.
