Sean Ser 徐越伟 is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Regional VP of APAC Financial Governance at First Abu Dhabi Bank since September 2019, Sean has held various senior roles in prestigious organizations such as Sompo Holdings (Asia), IBM Services, and ANZ. With a strong background in financial governance, project delivery, and business development, Sean has a proven track record in managing large teams and implementing strategic projects that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Sean holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and multiple degrees in technology management and finance.
