Shabu Paul

Shabu Paul currently serves as the Head of Operations at Magnati since April 2021 and has been with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since April 2017, where Shabu holds the dual roles of Head of Business Transformation and Head of Business Integration in the Personal Banking Group. In the Business Transformation role, Shabu Paul has led projects such as the E2E outsourcing of FAB ATMs and implemented key enhancements in products and customer journeys. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Cards & ATM Operations at First Gulf Bank, where Shabu Paul played a pivotal role in outsourcing ATMs and launching prepaid card services. Earlier roles at FAB involved strategic initiatives in card operations and partnerships with telecom operators for mobile wallet services.
