Sudeep Nair

Sudeep Nair currently serves as the Head of Strategic Planning and Initiatives at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since April 2018, focusing on strategic planning, operations and technology transformation, and corporate development. Prior to this role, Sudeep was a Senior Director at Cedar Management Consulting International from January 2015 to March 2018, specializing in systems modernization and FinTech consulting. From June 2012 to December 2014, Sudeep held the position of Group Head of Business Transformation at Marsh McLennan, where responsibilities included operating model transformation and digitization. Sudeep also led business consulting efforts in Switzerland at Cognizant from April 2004 to May 2012, focusing on operating model transformation for banks. Early career experience includes a role as Product Manager at ICICI Bank from November 2002 to March 2004. Sudeep holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
