Tariq Alhammadi - McIps

Tariq AlHammadi - MCIPS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tariq started their career as a Senior Procurement Officer at Sharjah Municipality in 1998, where they were responsible for processing purchase requisitions, running RFQs, and managing supply chain steps for purchase orders. In 2003, they joined Etisalat Group as a Sr. Assistant Administrative Services, where they handled various tasks in the Human Resources & Administration Department. In 2012, Tariq moved to Etihad Airways as a Procurement Controller - IT, where they conducted RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for various projects and negotiated for better prices. Tariq then worked at ADNOC Distribution as a Retail Services Manager from 2014 to 2016, managing ADNOC stations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. From 2016 to 2018, Tariq served as a Commercial Sourcing Manager at Yas Marina Circuit, where they developed annual procurement plans, adhered to budgetary constraints, and finalized category plans. Currently, Tariq holds the position of VP & Head of Sourcing at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) since 2018.

Tariq AlHammadi - MCIPS completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from Skyline University College during the years 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Professional Leadership certificate from the International Institute of Leadership Studies. Additionally, during the same year, they obtained a CPM degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Institute of Certified Professional Managers.
