Tariq Hoodbhoy is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in global transaction banking, treasury advisory, and consultancy across various prestigious institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Global Transaction Banking and Managing Director of Treasury Advisory at First Abu Dhabi Bank, Tariq has previously held significant roles at Aktiv Konsultan, PwC Middle East, EACIIT, Alvarez & Marsal, and Standard Chartered Bank, among others. Notable achievements include transitioning Standard Chartered Bank into a leading cash management player, overseeing treasury operations at Royal Dutch Shell, and implementing global cash management projects across multiple regions. Tariq holds the ACA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a background in accounting from the University of Westminster.
