Brad Roiland

Brad Roiland has a strong background in banking and lending, with over 28 years of experience in various roles. Brad began their career as a Commercial Credit Analyst at First Midwest Bank in 1994. In 1995, they moved to Midtown Bank & Trust Company as a Commercial Loan Officer. After two years, Brad joined State Financial Bank/Bank of Northern Illinois as a Vice President, where they stayed until 2002. In the same year, they joined BankFinancial as a Senior Vice President, specializing in National Healthcare Lending. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated expertise in commercial lending and credit analysis.
