Jill Lafollett

Jill LaFollett has work experience in both BankFinancial and Dean Witter Financial Services. At BankFinancial, they started as Vice President of Education Services in June 1993 and went on to become the SVP of Human Resources in August 2016. At Dean Witter Financial Services, they worked as a Systems Auditor from June 1991 to September 1992.

Jill LaFollett earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2018.
