Sierra Brooks possesses extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently holding the position of Loan Processor/Pre-Closer at BankFirst Financial Services since November 2017, after progressing through various roles including Assistant Branch Manager and Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel Group and a Sales Associate at Payless. Sierra is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management with a Minor in Legal Studies at Mississippi University for Women, expected to graduate in May 2025. In addition, Sierra is obtaining a Diploma from the Mississippi School of Banking through the University of Mississippi and completed an Associate of Arts in Business at East Mississippi Community College in May 2023, following the achievement of a High School Diploma from Noxubee County High School.
