Brooke Sprang

Brooke Sprang, SHRM - SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at First State Bank - WI since July 2024. Previously, Brooke held the position of Director of Human Resources at Americollect from December 2021 to July 2024 and served in various roles at Investors Community Bank from March 2013 to December 2021, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Brooke's career began at Invincible Furniture as a Human Resource Manager from June 2008 to March 2013. Brooke holds a Master of Management and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Silver Lake College, complemented by additional training at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
