Jennifer Foote

Jennifer Foote has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Jennifer most recently held the position of EVP Chief Operating Officer at First State Bank - WI, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as VP Compliance at Kohler Credit Union from September 2022 to May 2023. From December 2021 to September 2022, they served as Vice President Compliance at Nicolet National Bank. Jennifer also has a significant tenure at Investors Community Bank, where they held various roles including SVP Risk & Compliance, VP Compliance, Vice President Loan Operations Manager, Loan Operations Manager, and Loan Operations Supervisor. Before that, they worked at Bank First National - Manitowoc as SVP - Enterprise Risk Management for over 20 years. Jennifer's early career includes serving as Compliance, CRA and BSA Officer at First National Bank in Manitowoc from 1999 to 2007.

Jennifer Foote attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a BBS degree in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Valparaiso University in 1992. Jennifer has also obtained several certifications, including the "Certified Enterprise Risk Professional" from the American Bankers Association in October 2021, and various diversity and inclusion-related certifications from LinkedIn throughout 2021.
