Tebogo Karabo Sibanyoni

Tebogo Karabo Sibanyoni currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Banking Circle since August 2025. Prior experiences include roles as Associate in Corporate M&A at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from January 2022 to July 2025, and as Senior Associate specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions at Bowmans (Law Firm) from March 2017 to January 2023. Additionally, Tebogo held a Legal Counsel position (secondment) at Standard Bank Group in early 2021, where responsibilities included providing legal support for strategic equity investments in FinTech. Tebogo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand between 2012 and 2014, and attended Parktown Boys' High School from 2006 to 2010.
