Andres Pi has over 13 years of work experience in the field of web development. In 2007, they began their career as a Front-end Web Developer at WMS. In 2008, they moved to Paginar.net as a Front-end Web Developer and was responsible for developing templates for Joomla! and themes for Drupal, as well as PSD to XHTML/CSS Mockups, JavaScript, and PHP programming. In 2010, they joined GlobalLogic as a JavaScript Developer, where they were responsible for the JavaScript integration of the Flex version for BMC - Remedy. In 2012, they moved to Deviget LLC as a Front-end & UX Developer, where they were responsible for UX design, HTML5-CSS3 mockups, and LESS CSS implementation. In 2013, they joined X-Team as a UI Developer, where they were responsible for high quality HTML5-CSS3 mockups, responsive design, and JavaScript development. In 2015, they began working at AccelOne as a BPO Team Leader, where they were responsible for leading a team of ten developers and providing web scraping services. In the same year, they also began working at Toptal as a Front-end Developer, where they were responsible for participating in different kinds of web projects with technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. In 2017, they moved to ShipHero as a UI React Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing responsive designs using ReactJS, Redux, Next.js, and CSS. In 2018, they joined BetVictor as a UI Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they began working at BankingBridge as a Lead Front-end Engineer, where they coordinated and mentored the team to deliver a high-quality product and a high-quality user experience. Andres also planned and executed the UI that passed the 8,000/mo lead mark for the first time for all clients with their own React components, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, SASS, and HTML, and bundled with Webpack. Andres also architected the migration of web widgets from the old codebase to the new one.

Andres Pi has a Licentiate degree in audiovisual media from Universidad Abierta Interamericana, obtained between 2001 and 2005. In 2009, they completed a Training in Web Development from EducacionIT. In 2013, they obtained a Specialization in Interaction Design with accessibility and usability standards from UTN Buenos Aires. In 2018, they completed a Course in UX Research for Apps from Udemy. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn and Product School, including Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care, React Hooks, Telling Stories with Data, Learning Azure DevOps, Leading with Stories, React: Software Architecture, How to Fix Bad Agile, Learning Design Thinking, Agile Project Leadership, The Secret to Better Decisions: Stop Hoarding Chips, Agile Foundations, and Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products.
