Soledad Lobariñas

Soledad Lobariñas has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Soledad started their career in 1997 at Real Seguros S.A, working in the life insurance department. Soledad then joined Mapfre in 2007 as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for developing the sales team's professional skills and creating strategies to achieve sales goals. Soledad also traveled to different departments to support sales actions. In 2013, Soledad worked as an Asesora de Sguros RC para AIG at AIG. In 2015, they joined Bankingly as a Business Development Manager and later took on the role of Regional Manager. Soledad continued to hold various positions at Bankingly, including Business Manager and most recently, Dominican Republic Manager starting in 2022. Soledad Lobariñas has extensive experience in leadership, business development, and team management in the insurance and financial sector.

Soledad Lobariñas has a diverse educational background spanning various fields. In 1994 to 1997, they attended CIEP Centro de Investigación y Experimentación Pedagógica, where they pursued a degree in educación, specializing in pre-school education. Moving forward to 2007 and 2008, they enrolled at ADM Asociación de Dirigentes de Marketing, focusing on a technical degree in gerenciamiento, specifically in the field of dirección de empresas. In 2020, they briefly studied at IPNL Instituto de Programación Neuro Lingüística del Uruguay, where they obtained a degree in coaching con PNL, emphasizing coaching for both individuals and corporations. Most recently, in 2021 to 2022, they attended I.S.F Escuela de Entrenadores, obtaining a degree in entrenamiento/entrenador deportivo/preparador físico, specializing in personal training.
