Hetvi Maisuri

Hetvi Maisuri has worked in a variety of technical support roles since 2014. Hetvi began their career as a Software Support Analyst at Chnolo Solutions in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Knewsales Group as an Assistant Manager. In 2018, they joined Shaw Communications as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2020, they transitioned to ecobee in the same role. Most recently, they began working as a Technical Support Engineer at Bankjoy in 2022.

Hetvi Maisuri completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from VADODARA INSTITUTE OF ENGG., KOTAMBI, WAGHODIYA 080 between 2011 and 2015. Hetvi then earned a Master's degree in Information Network and Computer Security from the New York Institute of Technology - Vancouver in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including CSS Layouts: From Float to Flexbox and Grid, Learning Jira Software 7.0-7.4, Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, Learning Python, and SQL Essential Training.
