Franca Nwachukwu has a diversified work experience in various roles and industries. Franca is currently working as an Operations Manager at Bankly since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Checkoff Finance as a Product Marketing Manager from October 2020 to August 2021, where they were responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities and driving the growth objectives of the company.

Before that, Franca worked at Carbon for several years in different positions. Franca served as a Product Manager for B2B Products and SME Credit Analyst, where they played a key role in product planning, execution, and market positioning from August 2017 to September 2020. Franca also worked as an Associate Product Manager for Carbon Payroll/Payday Loan, where they established and managed B2B partnerships from November 2016 to August 2017.
