Marcy Schwab

Marcy Schwab is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in consulting, leadership advisory, and executive coaching, currently serving as President of Inspired Leadership, LLC since April 2012. Schwab has held significant roles in various organizations, including Advisory Board Member and Strategic Consultant for RoadSync and Advisory Board Member for Arena, focusing on FinTech solutions. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for BM Technologies, Inc., and founding Guide at Chief. Previous positions include Chief of Staff to the CEO at The Reserve Trust Company, Vice President of Retail Banking at Sallie Mae, and Senior Vice President of Consumer Segment Lending at Capital One. Schwab holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
