Shawn Duarte

Shawn Duarte has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Shawn began their career in 2001 as a Call Center Representative at Cape Cod Bank & Trust, where they worked until 2004. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Slades Bank. In 2009, they joined Rockland Trust as an AVP/Training Specialist III - Banking Officer, and they held this role until 2019. Since 2021, Shawn has been working at BankNewport, initially as an AVP/Retail Learning Manager and currently as the Vice President/Retail Training Manager. In their current role, they focus on retail employee development and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service standards.

Shawn Duarte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fisher College in 2005.
