David Hawker

David Hawker is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in commercial lending and small business banking. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending and Portfolio Manager at Bank on Buffalo since December 2016, David previously held a position as Small Business Banker at First Niagara Bank from April 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Credit Analyst at Evans Bank in 2013. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
