Stephanie Graham (Pauls)

Stephanie Graham (Pauls) has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Call Center Representative - IT at Hertz. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at BankOnIT, where they handled troubleshooting, equipment installations, and software-related tasks. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Systems Infrastructure Technician at the same company. From 2010 to 2020, Stephanie worked as a Project Manager at BankOnIT, taking on various IT-related projects. In 2020, they became a Process Improvement Manager, focusing on strategic projects and quality improvement. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategy at BankOnIT, starting in 2023.

Stephanie Graham (Pauls) began their education by earning a High School Diploma in General Studies from Plainview High School in 2006. Prior to attending Plainview High School, they also studied General Studies at Maize High School from 2003 to 2004.

Following their high school education, Stephanie pursued further studies in Computer and Information Sciences, General, earning an Associate's Degree from Murray State College in Tishomingo, OK from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has obtained a variety of certifications throughout their career. These include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE) in July 2023, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® from Project Management Institute in March 2022, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE) in December 2021. Stephanie has also acquired various other certifications in project management, network security, and IT support from institutions such as CompTIA and Microsoft.
