Luciana S. has a wealth of work experience, having worked in various roles since 2000. Luciana began their career as a Developer/Intern at Infosites Web Solutions in 2000, followed by an Analyst Developer role at UFRJ in 2001. In 2004, they joined DBA as a Web Analyst/Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the analysis, development, and testing of three different web applications. In 2006, Luciana took on a Software Engineer role at Viewlocity, followed by a Sr. Software Engineer role at Accenture Technology Solutions, where they participated in software development and testing projects. In 2008, Luciana began working at Supply Chain Consulting as a Project Manager, and later that year, they joined BankPoint as EVP, Customer Success.

Luciana S. began their educational journey in 1998 when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Luciana then continued their studies at The University of Dallas, graduating in 2014 with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management.
