Jira Vinyoopongphan

Jira Vinyoopongphan is a seasoned entrepreneur and software engineer with diverse experience in design, development, and coaching. As the founder of Do Good Inc, a boutique agency supporting mission-driven and minority-led businesses, Jira combines UX research and full-stack development expertise. In the role of Head of Impact Engineering at BankShift, a mobile application for managing financial and crypto accounts, Jira contributes to enhancing user experience. Jira also founded ReConnext, applying personal experiences with career transitions to coach individuals in lifestyle design. Previous roles include software engineering positions at Proof Of Impact, Capital One, SunSwarm Community Solar, and Hack Reactor, as well as social media management and program coordination with Girls on the Run. Jira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and has participated in international education programs.
