She is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s accounting and treasury operations and financial planning and analysis. Ms. Carandang has 30 years of industry experience in various leadership roles. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Suncrest Bank. Ms. Carandang holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant.
