Kati Flores is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at BankSouth since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kati gained valuable experience at Pratt Industries, progressing from Human Resources Intern to Human Resources Manager over a four-year tenure. Kati also holds the position of Assistant Manager at Megalodon Gym since July 2019. Earlier work experience includes operating as a Disability Van Operator for University of Georgia Transit and an internship at Aflac. Kati holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Georgia, along with a minor in Human Services from UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education.
