Dylan Lu

Dylan Lu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, business process improvement, and system integrations. Currently serving as the Group Finance & Systems Manager at Bankstown Sports since July 2022, Dylan focuses on continuous system enhancements, change management, and performance reporting. Previous experience includes roles at Motion Asia Pacific where responsibilities spanned from Finance & System Integrations to Group Finance Manager, involving financial reporting, budgeting, and project implementation. Additional roles have been held at NeXT Security, Excite Digital Media, YHA Australia, Maincom Group, and Crompton Lighting, where Dylan developed expertise in management reporting, financial modeling, and internal controls. Dylan holds a Certified Practising Accountants Certification from CPA Australia and degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Western Sydney University and the University of Technology Sydney.
