Jim Rout

Jim Rout has a diverse work experience. Jim began their career at Xerox, where they held roles as a Training Manager, Sales Manager, and Product Manager from 1968 to 1978. After that, they joined Shelby County Government in 1994 as the Mayor, overseeing a government with 6,000 employees and handling a county budget of nearly $1 billion. Jim served in this role until 2002. In 2010, they became the CEO of BankTennessee and continues to hold that position.
