Gina van Hemert

Gina van Hemert has extensive work experience in the fields of business analysis, project management, and IT. Gina started their career at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, where they served as Manager of Client Relations and Sales Associate. Gina then worked at several financial institutions, including Supreme Financial Services, Circle Mortgage Corporation, and Amerifirst Federal, before joining LNR Property LLC as a Senior Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for CMBS loans. Gina played a key role in managing projects related to loan servicing, investor reporting, underwriting, and rating agency reporting. After that, they worked at Rialto Capital Management as a Senior Business Analyst and Applications Trainer, focusing on bringing a new loan servicing and asset management system to US standards. Currently, they are employed at BankUnited as a VP IT Business Relationship Manager, where they are responsible for managing relationships with IT vendors and overseeing project teams. Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated strong expertise in requirements analysis, process development, project management, and training.

Gina van Hemert's education history includes attending the University of Phoenix for Information Technology. Gina also obtained an Associate's Degree from Miami Dade College. In addition to their formal education, Gina has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Purdue Online Lean Six Sigma and Project Management.
