Lynne Wines

Lynne Wines has served as a director at BankUnited since December 2014. Prior to that, they were with Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc from June 2014 to December 2014, where they held the position of Banking. Before that, they were President/CEO of First Southern Bank from July 2011 to May 2014. Additionally, they have also served as President/COO of CNL Bank from January 2008 to May 2010 and President/CEO of Union Bank of Florida from January 1986 to December 2005.

Lynne Wines has a Masters in Public Administration from New York University in the field of Public Service Leadership. Lynne also has a Doctor of Humane Letters, Honorary, from Nova Southeastern University. In 2016, they were an Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University in the field of Social Entrepreneurship. Lynne also has a BA from Nova Southeastern University in Business Administration. Lynne has an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
