Pravallika Chowdhary has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and technology implementation. Pravallika started their career at Clover Infotech as a Business Technology Analyst, where they managed the implementation of various ServiceNow functionalities and performed data analysis to identify patterns for process improvements. Pravallika also played a significant role in organizational change management and collaborated with different teams to define new processes aligning with both TTX and Azure standards.

After that, they worked at Apollo Health Insurance as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, where they focused on EDI transactions for claims processing and played a crucial role in achieving HIPAA compliance. Pravallika also worked on streamlining Medicaid enrollment processes and reducing processing time.

Currently, they are working at BankUnited as a Lead Business Analyst, where they have streamlined lending and credit business processes for banking clients. Pravallika conducted ROI analysis for OnBase implementations, delivered data-driven analysis presentations, and enhanced the loan origination process through insights, resulting in significant improvements in loan processing times and volume.

Pravallika Chowdhary completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems & Business Analytics at Park University, which they started in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2033.
