Theresa Culp

Theresa Culp has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Theresa started their career at Family Bank in 1984, where they worked as a Data Processing Manager for 13 years. In 1997, they joined Republic Security Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Item Processing Manager, and they stayed with the company until 2001. Since then, Theresa has been working at BankUnited, where they have held various roles. Theresa started as a Vice President and Operations Manager from 2001 to 2011. From 2011 until 2022, they served as the Vice President and Bank Operations Group Manager.
