Todd Brandes

Todd Brandes, MBA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Todd started their career at CoStar Group as a Research Associate in 2005 and then moved on to Wells Fargo as a Securities Analyst in 2007. After that, they worked at NCB as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter, where they managed a portfolio of over $100 million in commercial properties. In 2012, they joined Capital Bank, N.A. as a CRE Portfolio and Transaction Analyst, responsible for risk management and underwriting analysis of commercial real estate loans. In 2015, they became the Real Estate Manager at Presidential Bank and focused on credit approval and portfolio performance. Todd Brandes, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2016. Todd also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, which they obtained in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Todd Brandes has also obtained a certification in Principles of Leasing and Finance Workshop from the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
