Jeff Passey

Jeff Passey is the Director of Audit (CAE) at Bankwell. Previously, Jeff held various roles at Stanley Black & Decker, including Director of Process Performance, Operations Controllership, Director of Internal Audit, Director of Human Resources, Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Group HR, Director of Human Resources for the North American Industrial Division of SEF, IT Business Analyst, Controller, and Internal Audit Manager. Jeff also worked as an Audit Senior at PwC. Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Weber State University.
